SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges vary according to product, delivery time and delivery location which are calculated and paid by customer during checkout.
Customer can select Delivery date and time from available options for his/her convenience while checking out. If the customer is late in receiving the order at the time of delivery, or does not respond to the driver/deliveryman, the store has the right to cancel the delivery and re-deliver later according to the delivery slot availability and convenience of the store with additional fees paid in advance.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Filled balloon cannot be replaced or returned.
The unpackaged/unfilled balloons and accessories can be replaced or returned within 7 days of delivery, only if they are in their original condition and are not exposed to any damage. As it is invoiced already, the customer will be responsible for delivering the product to our store with the invoice of the order.
For cancellation of any order, contact us before 2 days of delivery date.
If a customer chooses the payment option of bank transfer and the transfer is not made within 24 hours the store has the right to cancel the order without referring to the customer.
